Bella Vista apartments are located in the Dubrovnik area, more precisely in the Mlini, Župa dubrovačka region, on a hill overlooking the large part of the Dubrovnik littoral, from Cavtat across Plat, Sreberno, Kupar and Mandaljene to the hilly Ivanice hinterland. Bella Vista apartments are very reachable being located on the half way from Dubrovnik to the Dubrovnik airport Being located in the parish of Dubrovnik, Bella Vista with its location provides opportunities for rest, especially for families and people seeking peace and quiet, and again the possibility of visiting Dubrovnik, the pearl of the Adriatic under the protection of UNESCO, as well as the surroundings of the second center of Dubrovnik’s Riviera – Cavtat.
Also nearby by going south is Konavosko polje, known for its natural beauty, historical sights and gastronomic and vine tasting offer... and going north you can explore peninsula Peljesac, both the most famous wine producing region of the Croatia. In the surroundings there are a number of beaches equipped with rich cultural and sports facilities. The nearest beach, beach Srebreno, is located approximately 850m from the Bella Vista and is easily reachable by foot or other means of transportations. On the beach Srebreno there are numerous café’s and few small restaurants; in the evening Srebreno walk can lead You in the parks and other localities of the Župa Riviera.
Near to the Srebreno beach, there are other 2 beaches – Kupari beach on the right, offering also a lot of places to park; on the other side, towards Cavtat You can find Mlini beach and Plat beach. In the Mlini area, during summer You can enjoy water polo games of so called wild league – Dubrovnik citizens for the summer join in lot of water polo teams and play against each other. Dubrovnik is one of the cradles of water polo, Jug team is the Croatian and European club champion. The nearest shopping mall and pharmacy are also located in Srebreno, not very distant from the villa nd beaches.
Bella Vista offers 3 superbly equipped 4-star apartments and secured private parking with video surveillance, air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite and other amenities. The two apartments offer accommodation for 4-6 persons while the smaller studio apartment accommodates 2-3 people. Apartments are equipped with furniture from Croatian designer Prostoria, and the most modern kitchens with all the necessary amenities and wine fridges. The large apartments have two bathrooms and separate terraces with a magnificent view. The swimming pool with a view of the whole shoreline, an open-air living area with a children’s playground and a small fitness park are on stand-by waiting for the construction work to start.
