Comfort two-bedroom apartment with balcony, sea view and shared swimming pool (first floor) with one partially covered balcony and a terrace exit consists of two bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms and a large living room with dining area. With its features, it accommodates 4 to 6 people. All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioners to keep the desired temperature throughout the day.
From the balcony and from the terrace there is a wonderful view of Cavtat and its islands Mrkan and Bobari as well as the whole riviera of Župa dubrovačka.
One bedroom is facing the garden and has direct access to one of the bathrooms while the other bedroom is facing the terrace. Bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet, personal hygiene, hair dryer and adequate number of towels from the finest terry.
In the living room there is the designer furniture of the Croatian company Prostoria (www.prostoria.com) which not only provides comfortable seating but is easily transformed into an extra bed. There is also the latest TV set that provides our guests with numerous terrestrial and satellite channels as well as access to Netflix and internet search engines.
The walls of the living room are decorated with serigraphs of the most famous Croatian painters, from Lipovac, through Murtić, Pulitika and others.
The kitchen, tailor-made, is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and regular oven, glass ceramic induction plate, water boiler, toaster and espresso coffee maker of the Croatian coffee maker Frank, which guests have “Stretto” coffee capsules available , coffee for real cravats. In addition to all the above mentioned apartments are equipped with the most modern pottery, glasses for water, coffee and wine to make our guests feel at home.
Inside the kitchen there is also an Electrolux dishwasher and washer, while one of the balconies is equipped with a towel and garment dryer large enough to meet the needs of all guests.
In the kitchen there is also a refrigerator for wine that allows your favorite wine to be chilled just at the temperature you want.
Both balconies have balcony-sized teak furniture to fully utilize all the benefits of the Dubrovnik sun.
The apartment is fully covered by the wi-fi connection at the highest speed available in the region.
To be ready for the evening outings, in one of the cabinets you’ll find iron and ironing board. Also, in order to leave pacefully from home, the apartment has a built-in safe in which you can defer your valuable things and lock them with a code of their own choice.
