Studio with terrace, sea view and shared swimming pool located on the ground floor of the villa. With its features it can assommodate 2 to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioners to keep the desired temperature throughout the day. From the terrace there is a wonderful view of Cavtat and its riviera.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, personal hygiene, hair dryer and adequate number of towels from the finest terry.
In the living room there is the designer furniture of the Croatian company Prostoria (www.prostoria.com) which not only provides comfortable seating but is easily transformed into an extra bed.
The walls of the studio are decorated with serigraphs of the most famous Croatian painters, from Lipovac, through Murtić, Pulitika and others. There is also the latest TV set that provides our guests with numerous terrestrial and satellite channels as well as access to Netflix and internet search engines.
The kitchen, tailor-made, is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, glass ceramic induction plate, water boiler, toaster and espresso coffee maker of the Croatian coffee maker Frank, which guests have “Stretto” coffee capsules available , coffee for real cravats. In addition to all the above mentioned apartments are equipped with the most modern pottery, glasses for water, coffee and wine to make our guests feel at home.
Whasing machine can be used upon request.
The studio is fully covered with the ei fi connection at the highest speed available in the region.
To be ready for the evening outings, in one of the cabinets you’ll find iron and ironing board. Also, in order to leave pacefully from home, the apartment has a built-in safe in which you can defer your valuable things and lock them with a code of their own choice.
A baby-cot and a baby feeding chair are available upon request.
